Hubballi Dharwad Smart City Abhivruddhi Society
HDSCAS is set up to assist Hubballi Dharwad Smart City Limited in releasing the vision encompassed within the Smart City Challenge. The main objectives of HDSCAS are taken up to maintain, monitor and improve the existing projects which would improve the overall image of the twin cities.

Green Initiatives
One of the main aims of HDSCAS is to increase the green cover around the twin cities. Our green initiatives are geared up to reduce the pollution and increase the greenery in the local surroundings.

Bengeri Central, Hubballi
Inaugurated in 2022, it is an example of the well thought out vision of HDSCAS officials. Bengeri Central is an auditorium which can be used for various activities like events, functions and gatherings amongst others.

Established in 1977, it is one of the main attractions of Hubballi-Dharwad. People visit this pretty park to breathe in the fresh air that is available aplenty because of the numerous trees available here.

December 2020, witnessed the inauguration of the second lake in Hubballi. Tolankere lake is a well-planned and executed public recreational spot. It is set in one of the most happening places in Hubballi.
