Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation of a booking, please follow the below mentioned procedure:
  1. 1. Write an email to info@hublidharwadsmartcity.com explaining the reason of cancellation and seek an appointment
  2. 2. The appointment slot will be provided by the authorities
  3. 3. Make sure to get your original aadhar card with you while meeting the authorities
  4. 4. Meet the authorities at the time slot provided and explain your situation
  5. 5. If the authorities found your explanation satisfactory, they will initiate the refund process
  6. 6. 25% of the rent amount will be deducted and 75% will be refunded in case of refund acceptance. Amenities advance amount will be refunded in full
  7. 7. Refunds would be processed in a period of 7 working days
  8. 8. If the authorities found your explanation to be unsatisfactory, the rent amount will not be refunded. Amenities advance amount will be refunded in full
